Alyssum Board of Advisors

The role of a Wildflower school board is distinct from the role of management.  The board doesn’t manage the organization.  Rather the board has three mandates: advisory, oversight, and support.

  1. Advisory: to consult with the management about the strategic and operational direction of the organization.

  2. Oversight: To maintain oversight of finance and legal, to ensure that the organization complies with the laws and continues to be solvent.

  3. Support : Help the teacher-leaders with the things that they need.
